A Women's Geriatric Facility is seeking family medicine locums coverage.

This 3-6 month position (4 / 10s, flexible days) is open to MDs, DOs, NPs, or PAs. Credentialing takes about a week for MDs and up to 90 days for APPs. Patient-facing hours are 8 AM to 5 PM. Phone call coverage (8 PM-6 AM) occurs 2-3 times over six months, with 5-7 calls per week.
The provider will see 18-22 patients daily, focusing on women 65 . MN license and DEA are required; COVID / flu vaccines preferred. The role includes follow-ups (20 min), annual visits (40 min), and new patient visits (60 min). Athena EMR is used, and an onsite lab is available. Candidates need 3-5 years of experience (no new grads). FM, IM, and Geriatrics specialists are considered.
