The facility is located in Elkhart, Indiana.
This role features a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, with night and weekend call during scheduled weeks, shared among APPs. The provider will see 5-8 patients per day in the clinic, along with inpatient rounding. The facility uses Cerner / Power Chart for EMR, requires hospital credentialing (approximately 60 days), and prefers an active license.

Call Ratio / Schedule : Shared among APP's, 4 : 30-8 weeknights, and all day Sat / Sun
