Credentialing takes 1-2 weeks, with background checks as a potential delay. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no call or weekends. Patient population is 18 . Required certifications include BLS, WA license, and DEA. COVID vaccine is not required, but an updated TB test is needed.
Dates Needed : 4 / 15 / 25 - 13 weeks
Case Load / PPD : 32 bed facility – only have 2 intake per day whoever needs to be seen that day (low case load) currently only have 11 patients
