What are the responsibilities and job description for the OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity in Vibrant Nevada position at Vetted Health?
Two trauma centers serve an incredibly diverse patient population and offer in-house support from OB / GYNs, CNMs, and private physicians for deliveries and to provide collaborative care.
The program is supported by the expertise of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) specialists from the High-Risk Pregnancy Center, who serve as Perinatal Directors at both locations.
The hospitals are located in the vibrant Southern Nevada, known for its dynamic lifestyle, rich cultural offerings, and excellent dining and entertainment options
Busy locations
Shift Schedule : 12-hour shifts (6 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM or 6 : 30 PM - 6 : 30 AM).
Patient Volume :
Location 1 : ~280 deliveries / month (~3 per shift), with busy triage (5-10 patients per shift) and OBED cases (up to 10 patients / shift).
Location 2 : ~175 deliveries / month (1-2 per shift on average).
Responsibilities : Deliveries, triage, and OBED management. Assist with C-sections performed by private physicians. No GYN surgeries are required during hospitalist shifts.
