What are the responsibilities and job description for the Precision Agriculture Sales Consultant position at Vetter Equipment?
Opening for Ag Sales Person to sell wholegoods farm equipment and Precision Farming products-- experienced, energetic, self motivated person with an excellent working knowledge of agriculture equipment and its applications.
Successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, knowledge of precision farming products and services, and some assembly and installation of products. Duties include building customer relationships by traveling to customer locations, job sites, etc. to promote and support our products and services. Provide technical support where applicable, and gather customer information to provide ongoing service and support. Includes sales of products and service plans to customers. Includes knowledge of finance options, basic knowledge of Excel, clean driving record, (CDL a plus).
Requires working knowledge of precision farming technology, equipment, and installation. Ag background and sales experience helpful. Requires good people skills, good math skills, and the ability to solve problems.
