• Provide the innovation, generate the inspiration and determine the strategies to help VHS perform as a world class company.
• Provide a living, breathing example of the VHS mission, vision and values.

• Develop strategic plans to achieve the VHS mission and vision.
• Perform in a way that contributes to the long-run financial viability of VHS and the entities we manage.
• Reinforce and promote the implementation of the mission, vision, and values throughout the company.
• Support and hold administrators accountable for the development and implementation of the facility operating plans.
• Ensure the endless pursuit of quality life, quality care, excellent teams, quality reputation, outstanding facilities and stewardship inside each facility.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and accountability for the Operations Team and Administrators.
• Provide ongoing awareness, reminders and actions that ensure the achievement of the mission, vision, and values in the Operations Department.
