Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources or a related field with two to three years' experience. They will possess the capacity to relate well to people including residents, team members, and the general public. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and flexibility and outstanding problem solving and people skills are expected.
