Qualified applicants will have have at least 2 years experience in a Long Term Care setting, CSW is preferred. They will possess high personal integrity, a caring attitude and portray a positive image.
The Social Services team is responsible for care planning and the psychosocial needs of our residents. They will be an advocate for the resident at all times.
