- Transport patients to non-emergency medical appointments.
- Use your own vehicle for transportation.
- Set your own schedule.
- Be at least 21 years old.

- Have a clean driving record.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Have valid vehicle insurance and registration.
- Have a 4-door, 2006 or newer vehicle.
- Have 3 years of driving history in the US.
