We’re hiring a world-class Director of Demand Generation to lead the next phase of our growth. You'll work alongside builders who have helped to shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, Rubrik, AWS, VMware, and more. This is a key role within the marketing leadership team to build the demand generation function within a fast-growing, category-defining startup. You Will :
- Develop and Execute Campaigns : Create, optimize, and analyze lead generation campaigns, including webinars, podcasts, marketing events, and advertising sponsorships.
- Align Stakeholders : Partner with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations to drive alignment on campaigns, ensuring pipeline and revenue growth.
- Leverage Data and Analytics : Build weekly data insights and performance metrics to refine and optimize campaign strategies.
- Optimize Performance : Continuously improve campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI across multiple marketing channels.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership : Build strong relationships with Sales leadership to ensure alignment with GTM strategies, driving measurable pipeline and sales results.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate the demand generation budget efficiently across channels and programs.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing demand generation and campaigns team.
- Customer-Centric Approach : Understand and address customer needs at every stage of the buyer's journey.
