Package Handler/Packaging Operator

Position Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Franklinton, LA 70438

Duration: 6 months

Pay rate: $ 15.00/hr.

Shift: Rotating shifts

Must be able to work rotating days 1 week they will work the day shift and then the next week the night shift (4 AM - 4 PM) and nights (4:00 PM - 4:00 AM) overtime available but not always guaranteed.

Job Description:

• Running bagging machine to ensure the correct product makes it into
• the correct bags in a safe and quality-oriented manner.
• The documentation of the production process are required with
• general computer work.
• This entails checking bag weights on a regular basis to ensure compliance, ensuring bags are sealed properly, labels are correct, etc.
• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
• Must have their own Steel toe boots

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
