⚡ What We’re Looking For:
- A skilled electrician with at least 3 years of experience.
- 18 years old, with a high school diploma or GED.
- Able to pass a physical exam & drug test.
- A licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
- Able to pass a background check.
- Willing to travel weekly for exciting projects.
- Physically fit – Can lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
- Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
⚡ What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the installation of lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
- Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
- Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
- Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
- Tackling other duties as assigned—because no great job comes without adventure!
