This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Maintenance Technician, located in Sturgis, MI. The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, electrical work, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and HVAC work. Additional responsibilities include painting, door and window repair, grounds maintenance, and ensuring all systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
- Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to perform routine grounds maintenance and repairs
- Skills in painting, door and window repair
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Experience in a similar role or related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a related field is preferred
