Responsibilities
• 0-3 years creating and maintaining integrated project schedules that span across multiple agile development teams.
• 0-3 years' experience with Microsoft Project.
• 0-3 years' experience applying project management expertise in IT, Agile, and cyber environments.
• Track schedule deliverable progress, risks, milestones, and dependencies and analyze for the report to leadership.
• Create and execute scheduling processes according to the program office business strategies and policies.
• Attend meetings to capture schedule issues, risks, and status. Provides input on risks issues, and predecessor requirements of task order schedules.
• Presents schedule information in weekly Integrated Project Team (IPT) briefs to government customers, management, and senior leadership.
• Inputs new tasks/milestones into the master schedule.
• Adhere to detailed processes for developing, maintaining, and updating the master schedule.
• Conducts meetings with development teams to gather schedule data for scheduling new tasks and review current deliverables, risks, and milestones.
• Identify potential scheduling and resourcing issues on a day-to-day basis
• Monitors master schedule resources to ensure resources are available for successful task order deliveries.
Required Skills
• Must be able to successfully complete the DHS security and suitability background check
• Must have DESIRE to learn expertise using Microsoft Project
• Must be an expert in Customer Service
• Must be proactive and able to use forward-planning and contemplate thought exercises known as "what if" simulations to evaluate proposed schedule changes to determine impact and execute the approved changes effectively
• Must be able to retrieve status updates and accurately enter master schedules.
• Ability to operate effectively in a team environment
• Experience with Microsoft Project Online and Power BI, a huge plus
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary : $45 - $60
