Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to acquire new customers, including cold calling, networking, and company visits.
- Lead the marketing and sales team in implementing effective tactics to maximize client acquisition.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up with prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn and email.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying and following up with qualified leads.
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and industry events to build key relationships and promote the company's services.
- Facilitate networking opportunities to expand network and attract new clients.
- Update and customize the service portfolio to meet the specific needs of each client and ensure that it is in line with market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:
