VGM Fulfillment is a national leader in CPAP machine and resupply order fulfillment. As an employee-owned company, every person at VGM has a personal stake in seeing business succeed. We do this by taking responsibility from our customers for the key operations of order fulfillment : picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management. Our network of fulfillment centers is strategically located throughout the United States providing coverage to all 50 states. This role needs to be present onsite at our warehouse location in Phoenix, Arizona .
Position Summary
The Fulfillment Engineer Tech 1 is a key part of the VGM Facilities team focused on maintaining buildings, properties, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment for all VGM employee owners. In this role, you will work under the leadership of the Fulfillment Engineering Supervisor to provide daily long-term improvements to VGM property using equipment, cleaning materials and hand or power tools.

Work Hours Classification : Full-Time, 8 : 00am-4 : 00pm 40 hours per week
Responsibilities / Duties of the Job
- Coordinate and perform facility activities including general repairs and maintenance, as well as construction and utilities.
- Monitor and service HVAC, Access Controls, and CCTV systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on properties- such as painting, furniture or equipment setups, cubicle reconfigurations, and electrical work.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of ongoing maintenance is needed.
- Maintain the appearance of VGM properties – including facility maintenance or janitorial duties as well as outdoor care such as mowing, trimming, de-weeding, shoveling and snow removal.
- Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc. Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.
- Repair machines, equipment, or structures, using tools such as hammers, saws, drills, wrenches, or equipment such as precision measuring instruments or electrical or electronic testing devices.
- Inspect, operate, or test machinery, equipment, and tools to diagnose machine malfunctions.
- Safely operate all vehicles and other job-related equipment.
- Support all policies of the VGM Group, such as health and safety regulations, guidelines, etc.
- Attend emergencies when necessary.
- Take classes as required in cleaning methods and techniques, new products, First Aid, CPR and working relationships.
