SVP Of Corporate Accounts Summary
The SVP of Corporate Accounts will analyze and segment these valued customers to develop and implement integrated strategies that align with VGM Group's collective goals and objectives. As the SVP, the individual will be required to engage with strategic members to assess their challenges and identify needs that VGM can address through its services or contracted vendors. The SVP of Corporate Accounts will bear the responsibility of consistently demonstrating VGM's value to our members.
The SVP must exhibit a commitment to acquiring comprehensive knowledge of our partnerships and delivering high-quality services. The position requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, the willingness to travel frequently, and the ability to host events. This is a dynamic role that demands a strong personal drive and dedication to achieving success.
Reporting Accountability: EVP Customer Success
Working Location: Remote with onsite work in Waterloo, IA as needed
Work Hours Classification: Monday – Friday 8-5 PM

The ideal candidate is a quick learner who demonstrates an excellent work ethic, pays close attention to detail to ensure that reports, correspondence, and databases are accurate and exercises effective problem-solving skills. One must also be able to follow instructions, adhere to deadlines, and be detail oriented and committed to success. The right candidate should be self-directed, able to manage projects concurrently, and maintain relationships with company stakeholders.

Responsibilities Of The SVP Of Corporate Accounts
- Develop relationships with key members of the VGM team within each business unit.
- Coordinate activity and engagement with corporate strategy.
- Review and segment members as needed or as directed by senior leadership.
- Review industry and trends that may affect or shape the needs of our vendors.
- Ability to operate at C-suite level of members and vendors.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate internal participants for quarterly business reviews with identified strategic partners.
- Coordinate efforts with corporate communications to build a campaign to demonstrate the value of the VGM Group.
- Manage vendor experiences with VGM, across all VGM businesses.
- Manage relationships of designated community vendors and leaders.
- Prepare and facilitate presentations, as needed.
- Maintain a positive, results oriented work environment, building partnerships and model teamwork, communicating to others in an open, balanced, and objective manner.
- Other duties as required of the business.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 5 years’ operations experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HME/DME industry.
- Experience leading a national accounts team.
- Experience working within a senior management role or at the C Suite Level within HME/DME Market.
- Experience and understanding of reimbursement.
- Strong leadership skills displayed through successful sales management and strategic planning experience.
- MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point proficiency to produce professional documents.
- General mathematics to sufficiently process account and transaction information.
- Work ethically and with integrity, including maintaining client and firm confidentiality.
- High level of professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Verbal communication skills to communicate ideas and thoughts in a clear, professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly as well as work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize and complete work efficiently.
- Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing outcomes of the highest caliber.
- Overnight travel is required of this position.
- Operation of office equipment and using technology efficiently such as computers, phones, misc. office equipment
- Visual abilities to include reading, distance vision and peripheral vision
- Moving throughout the VGM facilities when needed.
