Description :
- People & Organizational Development is looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter for a position in our Central Office in Nashville who will assist the transactions, employee relations, and administrative teams.
- The position requires excellent customer services skills to support both internal and external customers.
- Job duties include a focus on generating data reports, research, entering transactions, and utilizing digital filing software to manage employee records.
- This position will utilize the HRIS system and Microsoft office suite daily. Currently, TDEC employees are working in alternative workspaces from their home with the flexibility to have scheduled time in their assigned office.
- Preferred candidates will have 2-5 years' experience working in Human Resources or a bachelor's degree in business or human resources.
