Description: We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master with 5 years of experience to facilitate and lead Agile development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Scrum practices, fostering team collaboration, and removing impediments to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles and practices.
- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Help teams self-organize, manage their work, and deliver high-value increments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements in Agile processes.
- Track and communicate Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
- Proactively identify and remove blockers to enable team productivity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to resolve cross-team dependencies.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-defined product backlog.
- Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders.
- Educate team members and stakeholders on Agile principles.
- Mentor team members to ensure Agile best practices are followed.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and foster a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development or project management.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
