Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their energy needs and preferences.
- Present and explain solar energy solutions, including system design and benefits, to prospective customers.
- Utilize technical sales skills to effectively demonstrate the advantages of solar technology.
- Engage in door-to-door sales activities to reach new customers within designated markets.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar products, industry trends, and software tools relevant to sales processes.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in energy sales or solar sales is highly desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and the ability to understand complex product specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn about renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in using software tools for customer relationship management (CRM) and sales tracking is beneficial.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
