Jr Management Analyst

The Junior Management Analyst will support and assist in the management daily operations of the office, communicating with the Staff Education and Training (SEAT) team at Defense Health Agency (DHA). The Management Analyst shall be responsible for advisement and execution of activities in support of the Network, MTFs education and training requirements.   Responsibilities  Supports and assists in the management of daily operations of the office, communicating with the SEAT team Responsible for advisement and execution of activities in support of the Network, Military Treatment Facilities’ (MTF) education, and training requirements Maintains a staffing matrix that identifies organizations within their MTF region Generates metrics related to the execution of the SEAT data system process, especially metrics tracked by DHA leaders Analyzes and establishes a baseline of existing MTF education requirements and courses Develops and refines a process for tracking received MTF education communication and data Implements training requirements based on these findings Provides SEAT support to assist the Network with information to make data collection for E&T choices Assists in assessing the validated request for training, the cost-effectiveness of training, and the effect of training on medical outcomes, trainee learning, and patient safety Assists the network with document submission protocols for the MTF data system Assists and follows up closely with the SEAT System process, coordinates and communicates with Markets on any deviations, and makes proper notifications   Requirements Must have a Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 3 years experience as management and program analyst Public Trust   Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) offers a competitive benefits package to include paid holidays, paid time off including sick and vacation leave, medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short and long term disability, company paid life insurance, 401(k) with a company match and discretionary profit sharing and tuition reimbursement.  VGS is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Salary : $78,000 - $85,000
