GenAI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and fine-tune Generative AI models (GPT, Llama, Stable Diffusion, etc.) for various applications.
• Build and optimize LLM-based chatbots, content generation tools, and AI-driven automation.
• Implement prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) techniques.
• Work with cloud AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) for model deployment and scaling.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI solutions into web and mobile applications.
• Optimize model inference for efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to enhance AI solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI research, deep learning architectures, and LLM frameworks.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain.
• Hands-on expertise with Generative AI models, NLP, and Deep Learning techniques.
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) for AI-powered search.
• Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and API development.
• Experience working with LLMs and fine-tuning models for specific business applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video generation).
• Prior experience in AI/ML pipeline automation and optimization.
• Knowledge of AI security, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles.
