Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
- Proven ability to work across different levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executives.
- Deep understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver tough messages while maintaining trust and professionalism.
- A track record of driving culture, accountability, and people development.
- Proficiency in handling internal investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters.
- Experience balancing people-centric strategies with compliance and business needs.
