To achieve this goal, we need a dedicated Human Resource Business Partner who will work closely with senior leaders to provide critical recommendations, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives that enhance our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations that drive business success.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and development, ensuring employees take ownership of their growth while providing resources and training to support them.
  • Lead and enhance the onboarding experience, ensuring new hires integrate effectively into our high-performance culture.
  • Develop and implement training programs that support individual and organizational growth.
  • Advise managers on performance management, including coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions aligned with company values.
  • Stay current on employment laws and industry trends to adapt HR policies and ensure compliance across multiple locations.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts to create a workplace where all employees can thrive.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies and attract top talent.
  • Drive HR operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes while identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Proven ability to work across different levels of an organization, from frontline employees to executives.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver tough messages while maintaining trust and professionalism.
  • A track record of driving culture, accountability, and people development.
  • Proficiency in handling internal investigations and managing sensitive employee relations matters.
  • Experience balancing people-centric strategies with compliance and business needs.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment.
