VHB is seeking an experienced Solar and Battery Storage Project Lead to join our Energy Evolution Practice. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of electrical systems for renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in electrical design for solar and battery storage systems, as well as proficiency in industry-standard software such as Autocad Civil3D and PVsyst. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of electrical layouts, one-line documents, construction documents, and specifications for commercial and utility-scale solar PV and battery storage systems.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
- 10 years of professional electrical engineering design experience, with 5 years of experience in electrical design for renewable energy systems/commercial & utility-scale solar PV systems.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
