Purpose & Scope:

Serves as a full-time Manager for the Graduate Medical Education Department. Roles include directing, coordinating, strategizing, managing, and supporting activities of the department, including office management. (Administratively supports the needs of the Departments of Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Psychiatry and Surgery as it relates to Graduate Medical Education). Additionally the role supports the Director of Clinical Performance Improvement and Medical Affairs in hospital quality improvement efforts.

Education:

High school diploma required.

An associate degree is preferred. 

Experience:

Two years of experience in graduate medical university/hospital education is preferred.

Database management experience is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Certification/Licensure:

None.
