Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the revenue cycle team, overseeing insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.
- Manage both internal staff and outsourced RCM vendors, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to improve revenue cycle processes and payer reimbursement strategies.
- Partner with the SVP of Market Access on provider credentialing, payer contract administration, and payer analytics.
- Work closely with the Controller to analyze reimbursement trends, manage carrier exceptions, and drive process improvements.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all claims to responsible payers, maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
