We're Hiring a Vice President, Operations to Join Our Team!
As Vheda Health's Vice President of Operations, you will be a key leader responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of our Member Experience and Shipping teams. You will ensure the right operational processes and controls, people systems, and reporting are in place to deliver the key performance indicators our clients expect from us every day.

Key Responsibilities :
- Providing day-to-day management and supervision to Vheda's Member Experience and Shipping teams.
- Providing top-tier coaching, feedback, development and discipline that inspires employees every day to ensure members receive the best services possible.
- Working with managers and employees to set and over-deliver on key performance indicators.
- Ensuring all employees are performing job functions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring the highest quality management through timely and regular audit of employee work.
- Develop and utilize reporting that ensure key performance indicators are being met at the client level.
- Serve as a liaison between key organizational departments, including Client Services, Analytics, and Product Development to ensure operational processes are in line with client expectations, both current and future.
