Role Description:
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with experience in IT with major focus on salesforce marketing cloud with integration experience with mulesoft. Ideal resource needs to have following experiences/skills:
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, SMS, social, etc.) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools.
- Set up, manage, and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize campaign performance and deliver the best possible outcomes.
- Email Marketing:
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns in Email Studio, including segmentation, targeting, personalization, and automation.
- Build dynamic email content and templates based on customer behaviors, preferences, and demographic data.
- Monitor email performance and implement improvements based on analytics and reports.
- Customer Segmentation & Data Management:
- Use Audience Builder to segment customer data for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring that the right messages reach the right audiences.
- Manage customer data within Contact Builder and ensure it is clean, structured, and well-integrated across systems.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to ensure smooth integration between Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Automation & Reporting:
- Automate marketing processes using Automation Studio for tasks such as data imports, email sends, and workflow management.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards using Analytics Builder to track campaign performance, customer engagement, and other key metrics.
- Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing campaign optimization.
- Integrations & Technical Support:
- Work with development teams to ensure smooth integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and third-party platforms (e.g., e-commerce platforms, social media, web analytics).
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to marketing automation, data synchronization, and integrations.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure email campaigns comply with industry regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy laws.
- Follow best practices for email marketing, segmentation, and automation to improve deliverability, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, creative, product, and IT to execute campaigns effectively.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
