Virginia High Performance (VHP) is seeking a VHP Administrator to support operations at our Virginia Beach headquarters. This role is essential to maintaining smooth facility operations, client coordination, and administrative support for our human performance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Office & Facility Management – Maintain a well-organized office, oversee inventory, and coordinate maintenance.
- Scheduling & Client Coordination – Manage weekly schedules, handle service modifications, and support client onboarding/offboarding.
- Business & Operations Support – Assist with internal communications, reporting, and creation of operational materials.
- Site POC – Serve as the main onsite contact for clients and staff during business hours.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with scheduling, client communication, and facility management preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check.
