Resort Houseperson

VI Resorts is hiring immediately for a Full-Time Houseperson position!

This is a full time, year-round position that offers full medical, dental and vision insurance, with 401(K) employer-matching, and vacation benefits. Ideal candidate must have a valid Driver’s License, be able to carry up to 50 lbs. (occasionally up and down stairs), and have the availability to work weekends/holidays.

Position Summary

The Resort Houseperson plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort. As a Houseperson, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of our resort property. Your dedication to delivering outstanding hospitality will contribute to an unforgettable owner/guest experience that sets us apart from the rest.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the resort's operational needs.
• Valid driver’s license.
