* Two (2) years experience in construction inspection,
~ One (1) year of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction
Qualifications:
CTQP Final Estimates Level I
CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I
CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I
CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level I
FDOT Intermediate MOT
Qualifications/certifications for this position may be obtained within six (6) months from the hire date.
Hours - Daytime and/or nights depending on assignment and potential for weekend work.
Hourly Pay Range - $26-30/hr

Reporting to the Construction Manager, your role involves conducting thorough inspections, analyzing data, and reviewing blueprints and schematics to uphold construction standards. Your core skills in construction inspection and quality analysis will be vital, while your relevant experience in construction management and contracts will enhance project efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Analyze blueprints and schematics to verify construction accuracy.
- Collect and document data related to construction processes and materials.
- Collaborate with construction management teams to address any quality control issues.
- Review contracts and specifications to ensure adherence throughout the construction phase.
- Provide detailed reports on inspection findings and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
