Join our team as a Paratransit Driver Partner and earn a $300 new driver promotion while earning up to $23 / hr (net) driving on the Via platform!

Via utilizes innovative app-based technology to transform transportation services. Our mission is to enhance shared rides, reduce traffic congestion, lower environmental impact, and ensure passengers reach their destinations promptly. In partnership with Easton Coach, we are offering New Jersey Transit paratransit services, connecting independent contractor Driver Partners with riders across the area.

Eligibility Requirements :

Must be 25 years of age or older.

Successfully complete a drug screening and enroll in the FTA Drug & Alcohol testing program (pre-engagement, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion testing).

A minimum of one year of unrestricted US driving history is required.

Must have a valid personal auto insurance policy.

Pass a thorough background check, including criminal and motor vehicle record screenings (SSN required).

Lease and operate a vehicle from a designated vehicle leasing partner.

Must secure passengers in wheelchairs and assist passengers with disabilities in boarding.

All additional requirements for participating in this service will be communicated to prospective Driver Partners as needed.

Note on New Driver Promotion : To qualify, you must complete at least 30 hours of driving on the Via platform within 30 days of your driver onboarding session. Please note that time offline, including breaks, will not contribute to the 30-hour total. This promotion may be revoked or updated at any time at Via’s discretion, and these terms are subject to change.

Promotion Registration Terms & Conditions : To qualify, you must activate your status with the Via platform and complete the necessary safety training before activation. Payment will be processed within 14 days of activation. This promotion may be revoked or updated at any time at Via’s discretion, and these terms are subject to change.
