As a freelance driver partner on the Via platform, you will be responsible for providing on-demand ride services to passengers in Calexico, CA. You will need to complete at least 30 hours of driving on the Via platform within 10 days of completing your driver onboarding session to be eligible to operate on the platform. Additionally, you must have a personal auto insurance policy to operate on the Via platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to drive safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service to passengers. You will also need to maintain accurate records of your trips, including pick-up and drop-off locations, times, and other relevant details.
To ensure a smooth experience for both drivers and passengers, we will provide training and support to help you navigate the Via platform and its features.
