As a Creative Account Manager, you will partner closely with Sales to build and nurture positive relationships with both agencies and clients directly, delivering innovative social and creative marketing solutions. You will lead all aspects of the full post-sale campaign lifecycle, providing strategic insights to ensure the success of clients within the creative and social marketing space. Your role will be instrumental in driving client happiness, uncovering new business opportunities, and growing the company’s footprint within the Creative ecosystem. RESPONSIBILITIES
- This Creative Account Manager will be responsible for advising and driving best-in-class creative and social solutions and will be located in NY.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing Creative and Social clients, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their goals, while ensuring the smooth execution of all post-sale campaign elements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally with our Platform Reps, Media, Research, and additional internal teams to ensure campaigns are implemented efficiently and meet client expectations. Troubleshoot any hurdles to guarantee a seamless launch and execution.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from setting critical metrics / objectives to monitoring campaign performance, and continuously improving strategies for client success.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with agencies and direct-to-client partners, delivering exceptional customer service and proactively addressing any concerns or challenges in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Sales team in identifying and uncovering new revenue opportunities within Creative & Social by applying Sales Intelligence platforms. Participate in RFP responses, client meetings, and sales presentations, providing strategic recommendations based on past performance and industry trends.
- Collaborate with Activation and Media to create compelling post-campaign reports, using data to highlight key performance metrics (KPIs) and insights that demonstrate the value and success of each campaign.
- Upselling and renewing business by identifying opportunities for growth.
- Source existing social partnership opportunities and media plans and customize as needed.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on Creative & Social standard processes, providing guidance and sharing insights with the larger sales team. Ensure standard processes are maintained across all accounts.
- Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue for the Creative portfolio, maintain CRM systems and dashboards, and assist with reporting and prospecting trackers.
- Act as the internal advocate for your clients, ensuring the teams involved in campaign execution and strategy have a clear understanding of client needs, goals, and expectations.
- Keep up with the latest trends in influencer and digital marketing to build a solid grasp of the competitive environment for client strategy development and innovation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range : $69,000.00 - 73,000.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
