* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in OSP construction preferred
* Fiber optic or utility construction experience and/or training preferred
* Ability to lift 60 pounds and perform manual tasks requiring frequent walking, stooping, crouching, reaching, lifting, digging, pushing, and pulling
* Ability to work outside in all elements, including weather extremes
* Must be at least 21 years of age and pass pre-employment checks
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to access web-based applications for time reporting, expense reimbursement, and training
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills*
