What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Intern position at Viaero Wireless?
The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting with all general corporate legal work for Viaero Wireless Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities, including NE Colorado Cellular, Inc. (Viaero Wireless), Viaero Fiber Networks, LLC, Industrial Communications West, LLC, and Industrial Tower West, LLC.
Responsibilities :
- Research and analyze legal sources (statutes, case law, codes, articles) to prepare documents for General Counsel.
- Assist in drafting legal documents (contracts, agreements, corporate resolutions).
- Organize and maintain corporate records and files.
- Prepare reports and summaries on legal matters affecting the corporation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and assist with preparation of compliance reports.
- Support General Counsel with clerical tasks, document preparation, meeting attendance, note-taking, and reporting.
- Learn and apply legal principles and procedures in a corporate environment.
- Perform administrative functions as needed by General Counsel (calendaring, filing, organizing)
Qualifications :
Anticipated pay range is $27 to $32 per hour. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and industry experience.
