We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our equine team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text message.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
- Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with our equine lab and client services teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with customers regarding their inquiries or feedback.
- Assist customers in navigating our services, ensuring they receive the support they need.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience in collaboration with sales teams is a plus.
