- Engage with visitors, answering questions and providing additional information as needed.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants throughout the duration of the tour.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Utilize time management skills to ensure that tours run smoothly and adhere to scheduled times.
- Adapt tour content and delivery based on the needs and interests of the audience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a positive experience during their visit.
Qualifications:
