Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business model, industry, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and priorities.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to facilitate the adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices that involve people
- Work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders to build change readiness and ensure a smooth transition during transformations.
- Monitor and assess the impact of changes on employees and address any resistance or challenges.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Lead cross-functional teams in redesigning HR and business processes and workflows for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance service delivery impacting people and business.
- Utilize people data analytics and HR metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Use data-driven approaches to measure the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance.
- Play a key role in HR due diligence and integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies, policies, and practices with the MandA objectives.
- Ensure a seamless transition of employees and HR systems while minimizing disruptions.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession management to support organizational growth.
- Contribute to the development of business transformation roadmaps, outlining goals, milestones as it relates to HR.
- Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to stay on track. Use data-driven approaches to measure the impact of HR initiatives on organizational performance.
- Play a key role in HR due diligence and integration efforts during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies, policies, and practices with the MandA objectives.
