In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to design, implement, and manage executive compensation plans, with a focus on equity compensation. You’ll take on both strategic and operational responsibilities, bridging the gap between senior leadership and associate-level execution, while delivering exceptional client service across US and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Equity Compensation Expertise

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on executive compensation matters.
  • Lead client meetings, provide actionable insights, and address complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall capabilities of the team.

Equity Administration Platform Leadership

  • Leverage your expertise in equity administration platforms to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the seamless management of executive compensation plans.

Global Equity Program Support

  • Guide clients in navigating global regulatory requirements for equity compensation programs, including changes in tax laws, employer withholding obligations, and annual reporting requirements.
  • Provide expertise in equity mobility calculations, helping clients manage cross-border tax implications for mobile executives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

  • Act as a key leader within the team, coordinating cross-functional efforts to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and the successful execution of client projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5-7 years in equity compensation, executive compensation, or a related field, with experience in US/global tax compliance and equity administration.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of US and global equity regulations, including IRS and SEC guidelines.
  • Proficiency with equity administration platforms such as Shareworks, E*TRADE, or Carta.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Additional Information

  • US Remote and Hybrid opportunities available.
  • Salary Range: $98,500 - 161,900 determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and geographic location.
