Job Description
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate payment of wages and salaries in compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and employment laws. You will collaborate closely with the HR team to maintain employee data integrity and provide excellent service to employees regarding payroll inquiries. Your attention to detail and adherence to payroll processes will contribute to the smooth operation of payroll activities within the organization.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to :
- Calculate wages, salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other earnings based on approved rates and data.
- Deduct taxes, benefits, and other withholdings accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Enter and update employee information in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes.
- Verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Reconcile payroll data to ensure the accuracy of payments and deductions.
- Generate payroll reports, statements, and summaries for management and accounting purposes.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports to relevant authorities.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Assist employees in understanding their pay stubs, tax forms, and other payroll-related documents.
- Stay current with federal, state, and local tax laws, labor laws, and payroll regulations.
- Ensure compliance with tax withholding requirements, wage laws, and other legal obligations.
- Collaborate with the benefits team to ensure accurate deductions for employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
- Collaborate with the compensation team for partner payments.

Qualifications
Minimum Years of Experience : 10 (Management)
Preferred Experience with ADP, Celergo, Workforce Now, and / or TMF.
Experience working with vendors.

Salary : $117,800 - $193,500
