Working as part of our Americas Marketing team—and in collaboration with colleagues from across the global team—this role is ideally suited to a marketing generalist, who will work with the Regional Marketing Leader to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that help drive brand awareness and contribute to pipeline growth. Essential Functions
- Lead the strategic development of comprehensive marketing plans, encompassing the entire spectrum of campaign conception, budget allocation, and rigorous performance evaluation.
- Demonstrate a keen ability to identify and leverage market opportunities, staying acutely attuned to competitive trends, and tapping into valuable customer insights to shape and elevate our marketing strategies.
- Campaign Execution: Under the direction of the Regional Marketing Leader, execute marketing tasks, including—but not limited to—content creation, event management, webinar management, campaign execution, outbound email marketing, and reporting. Previous experience with marketing technologies such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, On24, Foleon or similar platforms is essential, and this role will have a particular emphasis on technical skills combined with an understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign process. They must be reliable, demonstrate a sense of urgency and responsiveness to ensure projects meet budgets, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Spearhead the creation and execution of holistic marketing campaigns meticulously designed to align with our company's overarching goals, effectively target specific audiences, and remain at the forefront of evolving industry trends.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to align integrated marketing efforts with our business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and harmonized approach.
- Manage the end-to-end process of crafting and disseminating diverse marketing content, spanning a multitude of channels including social media, blogs, website content, podcasts, and email campaigns.
- Assiduously oversee the design and production of marketing collateral, leaving no room for compromise when it comes to brand consistency and the delivery of high-quality materials.
- Forge strong collaborative relationships with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation, lead nurturing, conversion, and revenue goals, thereby driving tangible business results.
- Take charge of elevating brand awareness and positioning through the effective use of messaging, content creation, and compelling storytelling.
- Diligently oversee and enhance Vialto's participation in both proprietary and third-party events, ensuring the maximization of their impact and outcomes for the organization.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, as well as influential figures within the industry, fortifying their continued strength and effectiveness as key allies.
- Efficiently manage and fine-tune marketing campaigns that span a diverse array of channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, delivering a cohesive and results-driven marketing strategy.
- Devote energy to cultivating and fostering relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, as well as influential figures within the industry, strengthening our network and amplifying our marketing reach.
- Analyze the outcomes of marketing initiatives, utilizing data for informed decision-making, and offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring that our marketing strategies are consistently refined and enhanced to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience working in a corporate marketing organization, ideally one that supports global marketing efforts in a matrixed environment with multiple service lines.
- Strong understanding of marketing campaign strategies, best practices, and project management.
- A strong ability to analyzing campaign effectiveness, not just as it relates to marketing KPIs but also KPIs that are important to business leaders.
- A proven track record in executing multichannel marketing campaigns, including thought leadership and content, events and webinars, web, and email.
- This is a virtual role with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.
- This is a regular full-time position.
- The salary range for this role is: USD $60k-$100k
