Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, or 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMShifts are 8 hours with a 30-minute paid lunch break.
Starting Wage: $18.00/hr - $21.60/hr (based on shift)On Demand Pay: Access your pay as soon as you’ve earned it!Shared Rewards Bonus Program: Quarterly incentive program valued up to $3,000 annually, prorated based on your start date.

Essential Job Functions:
Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and/or packaging operations per approved documentation and training
Document and verify all work performed on job traveler and pertaining forms
Understanding of material handling and control procedures such as lot control, line clearance, forms, and material requisition forms
Use measurement tools and inspect products to ensure compliance with production standards
Complete and review required documentation to meet quality system standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in compliance with quality system requirements
Train new hires and current employees on assembly processes and best practices
Ensure high standards in quality, throughput, and productivity
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Position Requirements:
Education/Knowledge:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Experience:
At least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience preferred (training will be provided)
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Proficient in basic arithmetic calculations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Finger dexterity for handling small components
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
Physical Requirements:
Excellent vision and hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand, sit, bend, and lift for extended periods
Must be willing to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, gloves, gown/coveralls, and safety shoes
