Shifts Available: 1st Shift Schedule
Starting Wage Range: $20-$23 per hour

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: Operate machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow operating manuals, maintenance instructions and procedures
Document all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelers/work orders and receiving/shipping documents
Performs in-process inspection of all parts and/or assemblies in accordance with the requirements stated in the work order or as otherwise stated on drawings or work instructions
Performs visual inspection both unaided and using microscopes
Performs various dimensional inspection using specific dies or gauges, or dimensional inspection systems and micrometers
Performs additional duties as requested
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge/Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Job Experience:
3-5 years of machining experience
Skills/Competencies:
Demonstrated experience with setting up and operating milling, EDM, lathes
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Demonstrated experience using various measurement tools
Problem solving skills
Physical Requirements:
Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.
