Your Role
Your primary responsibility is the assembly of products according to specifications, ensuring efficiency and quality to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Accurately assemble parts and components into finished products.
- Conduct quantity and quality checks on components and final products.
- Utilize basic ERP systems, computers, and understand scheduling requirements.
- Adhere to technical instructions and interpret BOM.
- Perform product testing and quality checks.
- Manage products carefully to prevent damage.
- Execute quality spot checks with required documentation.
- Ensure tasks assigned by the production lead are finished safely and efficiently, meeting quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Support other stations as needed.
Skills & Experience
- Understanding production protocols and goals.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and detail orientation.
- Proficient with tools like wire strippers and pliers.
- Strict adherence to safety policies.
- Team-oriented and collaborative across departments.
- Able to recognize colors and differentiate electronic components.
