What You Will Do

The Odoo Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet the specific needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and ensure the effective implementation of Odoo ERP solutions.

Customization and Development : Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements and client specifications.

Integration : Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and services to enhance functionality and streamline operations.

Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Odoo applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Database Management : Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and security.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed modules, including design specifications and user manuals.

User Training and Support : Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to facilitate effective use of the Odoo system.

What You Will Bring

2-4 years of experience in Odoo development or similar ERP systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in Python and knowledge of the Odoo framework.

Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Familiarity with SQL and database management.

Effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you.

Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it.

Multi-tasking with the ability to handle multiple inquiries at once and prioritize them accordingly.
