What You Will Do
We are seeking an experienced Production Planner Manager to oversee and optimize production planning processes, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of products. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional organizational skills to manage schedules, resources, and team coordination.
- Develop, implement, and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resources.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to deadlines.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans as necessary to address bottlenecks, delays, or resource constraints.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of planners and schedulers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure inventory levels align with production demands and avoid overstock or shortages.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and overall productivity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in production planning or scheduling, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
