LITIES:The Corporate Counsel is responsible for overseeing legal operations in the United States. Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with senior management, this is a true generalist role, focusing on all aspects of the business with particular attention to regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance functions. Experience with government contracts and public procurement (RFP) processes is strongly preferred and the ideal candidate would have additional experience in one or more of the transportation, tolling, and/or public infrastructure indu
stries.

- nctions:Regulatory and Company Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including regional transportation regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with company and group p
