JOB LOCATION: Atlanta, GA
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks as outlined below. The order of the duties listed does not represent their importance or the percentage of time dedicated to each duty.
- Manage Help Desk requests, providing frontline support for all issues regarding end-user computing.
- Install and configure all end-user Windows desktops and laptops and maintain current corporate standards through repair and upgrade.
- Monitor system backups and assist with system recovery testing.
- Administer Office 365 and support Microsoft Teams.
- Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other end-user equipment using current corporate standards.
- Install and configure end-user software using current corporate standards.
- Maintenance of hardware and software standards through updates, upgrades, repairs, and installation of patches and fixes.
- Includes installation of new software releases and system upgrades, evaluation, and installation of patches.
- Support and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure industry and company compliance are upheld.
- Perform routine System Checks.
- Submit PO requisitions for equipment as needed.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates and proper documentation of all hardware and software assets.
- On-call- and weekend hours may be required.
