Job Description
This exciting opportunity as a Behavioral Health Nurse offers a chance to make a difference in the lives of our clients. You will address the mental, behavioral, and physical health needs of clients on a weekly/biweekly and/or monthly basis. Responsibilities may include completing in-person nursing assessments, medication and chart reviews, educating caregivers and clients on prescribed medications, and assisting clients in building coping skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, LPN or RN license, experience in psychiatric, mental, and behavioral health services, and a willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area. Preferably, you have experience working in LTC facilities as well as behavioral health.
